Mary Beth (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She is BCIA trained and certified in providing neurofeedback. She is also trained in EMDR Therapy and is passionate about incorporating this approach throughout her practice.
She specializes in the treatment of trauma through the combination of EMDR and neurofeedback, along with IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy, Somatic Therapies and Polyvagal Theory. Many who have been in traditional talk therapy for years find Mary Beth's holistic approach to be highly efficient and effective for healing the nervous system as they root out deeply entrenched issues from the past.
Mary Beth sees adults throughout the lifespan, and loves working with concerns regarding trauma/PTSD, anxiety, career, life adjustments, mood dysregulation, and attachment issues. Additionally, she loves incorporating her passion and knowledge for neuroscience into her work with clients. Her personal style is warm, empathic, witty, and genuine.
When not working with clients, you can find Mary Beth enjoying nature by hiking any Summit Metro Park with her husband and son, aquascaping her fish tanks, or being a lounge chair for her two cats, Opie and Evey.
