Many times all it takes is an objective set of eyes and ears to see your blind spots and help you find the path out of your stuckness. We utilize a client centered approach, which means that we meet you where you are and help you navigate the most logical next steps.
We are not your typical counselors/therapists. We are solution focused, goal oriented and utilize the most state-of-the-art and research-supported methods to help you get you where you’re going, faster.
Some of our favorite tools include biofeedback, neurofeedback, EMDR, IFS or “parts work”, Poly Vagal Theory, CBT and mindfulness coaching— depending on the individual and their unique goals.
