Our Scholarship Makes the impossible possible…
As a cutting-edge, modern mental health practice that doesn’t accept commercial insurance, we know how out of reach our services can feel for a tight budget. You’ve realized that often times the best care— isn’t covered.
That’s why we’ve decided to create the “Train Your Brain Scholarship”. As a small, community practice, we want to give back to those around us. We’ve been working hard all of 2024 to raise $4850— enough money for one individual (adult or child) to complete an entire program of services with us at Alternative Therapeutics.
The program includes:
A full biopsychosocial intake interview with mini qEEG brain map
20 sessions of counseling with LENS neurofeedback and EMDR (as appropriate depending on client chosen).
3 months of unlimited at-home neurofeedback training through Myndlift
If you or someone you love would make a great beneficiary of the scholarship, please have them apply below before January 31, 2025.

We are laying the groundwork to create a Train Your Brain Scholarship Program to assist those who could not normally afford our services. By the end of 2024, we hope to raise $3500— which will allow for one chosen individual to complete a program of 20 sessions with our wonderful team of clinicians.
Incorporating the best tools out there for recovering from the impacts of trauma (neurofeedback and EMDR), one lucky individual (and more in the future) will have the opportunity to work with us 1:1 and reach heights of mental health and wellness they never thought possible.

We’re also selling our much loved Mental Health Matters t-shirts and sweatshirts for the cause. Available in multiple colors and sizes. All proceeds go towards the scholarship program!
